Nestled in downtown Bellevue, authentic and intellectually honest in her presentation, Chef Clara Gutierrez Carroll has brought the flavors and inspiration from her home in the Castilla region of Spain to the Pacific Northwest.  Featuring over 40 different tapas, or small plates, Castilla brings traditional Spanish dishes and design to Bellevue, topped off with Chef Clara's Saffron and Seafood rich paella.  Serrano and Bellota Iberico hams, rustic Spanish flatbreads baked in a hearth oven, and Northwest seafood in authentic Spanish preparations all entice diners for casual get-togethers and family dining experiences.

Featuring signature craft cocktails in our bar and an extensive list of Spanish and Northwest wines, our bar brings the fun and feel of Spain to Bellevue.  Build your own Gin and Tonic with a 'choose-your-own-adventure' of intense and aromatic intoxicants, exotic fruits, and artisan tonics, or if you prefer, sample a pint of the best micros in the PNW.  Either way, find a taste to toast and a new friend or two as you saddle up to our farm table, cut from a single northwest pine.
